Terms & Conditions

Effective date: 30 October 2026. These Terms & Conditions form a binding agreement between you and Omni Orders (“Omni Orders”, “we”, “us” or “our”) when you access or use our website, applications, products, services and related features (collectively, the “Services”). By registering an account, browsing the Services, or completing a purchase, you confirm that you (1) have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms, (2) are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract, and (3) where you use the Services on behalf of a company or other entity, that you are authorized to accept these Terms on its behalf.

1. About the Platform

  • 1.1 Omni Orders is an online marketplace providing a place where independent vendors, suppliers and businesses list and sell their products to buyers.
  • 1.2 Each purchase is a contract concluded directly between you and the vendor listing the relevant product. Omni Orders facilitates ordering, payment, communication, fulfillment and dispute assistance, but is not the manufacturer, importer or merchant of record for third-party listings, except where expressly stated.
  • 1.3 You may pay for multiple orders in a single transaction, and order shipments may be consolidated where offered.
  • 1.4 Use of the Services is also governed by related policies, including our Privacy & Cookies Policy and Return & Exchange Policy. If these Terms conflict with such a policy, that policy applies as to the relevant subject matter.

2. Accounts & Registration

  • Provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information when creating an account, and keep your registration details updated.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account and password. Do not share your credentials; notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
  • You may not register multiple accounts, impersonate another person or entity, or transfer your account without our prior written consent.
  • We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms or applicable law.

3. Rules & Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Services to:

  • Pursue any unlawful purpose or breach these Terms or any applicable laws and regulations;
  • Post, upload or transmit content that infringes intellectual property rights, or that is defamatory, obscene, fraudulent, misleading or otherwise unlawful;
  • Collect personal data of other users, scrape or extract data from the Services, or circumvent security or access controls;
  • Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Services, including through automated means, spam, malware or excessive load;
  • Buy or list products whose sale is prohibited under applicable law, including counterfeit goods;
  • Manipulate prices, ratings, reviews, promotions or search results, or abuse promotions, discounts and other platform features;
  • Settle transactions or arrange sales outside the Services with the intent to bypass platform fees or applicable consumer protections.

4. Purchases & Payment

  • You are responsible for reading full product listings before ordering. Orders are confirmed after validation of your data and completion of payment.
  • Prices, offers and availability may change without prior notice. Where a pricing or listing error is obvious or material, we may decline or cancel the affected order even after confirmation, and refund any amounts paid.
  • You agree to pay all applicable charges, including product prices, taxes, duties, customs fees and shipping costs associated with your order, and you are responsible for import compliance in your destination country where applicable.
  • You must provide a valid, authorized payment method and keep it updated. Payments are processed through third-party payment processors; their terms also apply, and they may apply processing fees as disclosed before payment.
  • We may decline, hold or cancel a transaction where reasonably necessary to address suspected fraud, money-laundering risk, sanctions compliance or platform security.

5. Vendors & Products

  • Vendors are solely responsible for the accuracy, quality, safety, legality and conformity of their listings, for fulfilling orders, and for holding any licences required for their products.
  • Omni Orders does not warrant third-party products or the accuracy of third-party descriptions. Complaints handling via Omni Orders customer service does not transfer the vendor’s liability to Omni Orders.
  • Product images and colors are shown as accurately as the platform reasonably allows; display limitations on your device are outside our control.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping options, times and costs are shown at checkout. Title and risk pass as indicated in the listing or at checkout.
  • Delivery estimates are good-faith approximations and are not guaranteed dates; delays caused by carriers, customs or events beyond our reasonable control are not a breach by Omni Orders.

7. Returns & Refunds

Eligible products may be returned or exchanged within the window set out in our Return & Exchange Policy, and refunds are issued per that policy, normally to the original payment method.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All content made available through the platform — including text, logos, graphics, software, interfaces and compilations — is owned by Omni Orders or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual-property laws.
  • You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Services for their intended purpose. You may not reproduce, copy, adapt, distribute, resell, sublicense, publicly display or create derivative works from the Services or their content without prior written permission.
  • You retain ownership of content you submit (reviews, photos, listings and similar). You grant Omni Orders and its vendors a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, sub-licensable, non-exclusive licence to host, store, reproduce, adapt, translate, distribute, display and otherwise use that content as reasonably necessary to operate, market and improve the Services.
  • You represent that any content you submit is your own or that you hold the rights required to submit and license it.

9. IP Complaints & Takedown

Omni Orders respects the intellectual property rights of others and will remove or disable access to listings, content or materials subject to a valid, good-faith infringement report. To report an infringement, email info@omni-orders.com with: (a) identification of the protected right, including, where available, its registration number or a description of the protected work; (b) the allegedly infringing items, including product or page URLs; (c) the nature of the infringement; (d) your contact details; and (e) supporting documents. Reports must be made in good faith; knowingly or repeatedly submitting false reports may result in denial of filing privileges and other remedies. Vendors or content owners who believe a removal was in error may submit a counter-notice, and repeat infringers’ accounts may be terminated in appropriate circumstances.

10. Communications

  • You agree to receive service, account, security and order-related communications, including transactional notifications and authentication codes, through email, phone or SMS.
  • Marketing messages are subject to consent requirements under applicable law, and you may unsubscribe via the mechanism provided in each message or by contacting us.

11. Disclaimers & Liability

  • The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, Omni Orders disclaims all implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or lost profits, arising from your use of the Services.
  • We do not endorse user-generated content and are not responsible for third-party links, platforms, services, or the acts or omissions of independent vendors.
  • Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including statutory consumer rights.

12. Governing Law

These Terms, and any dispute arising from or relating to them, the Services or any order, are governed by the laws applicable at Omni Orders’ place of establishment, and the competent courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to the mandatory rights you may have under the consumer law of your place of residence.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified by updating the effective date or by notice on the Services. Continuing to use the Services after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
