Vendors do not receive your payment data or device data.
- Payment processors. With payment providers to complete payments, handle disputes and process refunds.

- Business transfers. Commonly in the event of a merger, acquisition or reorganization, with appropriate safeguards.
- Legal, safety and rights. With professional advisors, public authorities and others, where reasonably necessary to comply with the law, protect the rights, property and security of Omni Orders, its users or others, or to detect, prevent or respond to fraud and misuse.
4. Cookies & Similar Technologies
Cookies are small text files that websites store on your device to remember your log-in status, preferences and browsing activity. We and third parties we work with also use local browser storage, HTML5 storage and pixel tags for equivalent purposes.
4.1 Purposes
- Security & authentication. Keeping the platform safe, maintaining your logged-in state, and ensuring secure transaction completion.
- Preferences. Remembering settings such as language, region selection and display choices.
- Cart & session functions. Keeping your cart, recently viewed products and WooCommerce session data working correctly.
- Performance & analytics. Understanding how the Services are used so we can improve them, including through services such as Google Analytics and Facebook Pixel.
- Advertising. Interest-based advertising delivered by our service providers, subject to consent where required.
4.2 Your choices
- You can usually remove or reject cookies through your browser settings; some functions may not work correctly if essential cookies are blocked.
- You may limit interest-based advertising through your browser’s privacy or ad-blocking tools, device ad-tracking settings (for example, iOS “Ask Apps Not to Track”), or advertising preference platforms provided by our partners, such as Google Ad Settings (myadcenter.google.com) and Facebook Ad Preferences (facebook.com/about/ads).
- We currently do not respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals.
5. Security & Retention
We apply appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data, including standards consistent with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) when handling payment data. No internet transmission is fully secure, so residual risk remains. We keep personal information for as long as needed for the purposes described above, including legal, accounting, reporting, dispute and fraud-prevention requirements, and then delete or anonymize it.
6. Your Rights & Choices
- Access, correction and deletion. You may request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal information, and you can delete your account from your account settings.
- Marketing preferences. Unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe link, and adjust marketing and notification preferences in your account settings.
- Cookie choices. As described in Section 4.
- To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details in Section 7.
7. Children
The Services are not directed to children and are not intended for them. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services or make purchases. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors; where we learn that such data was collected inadvertently, we delete it promptly.
8. Changes to This Policy
